I feel like there are certain aspects that are getting better. But then, at the same time, there are things that just are not getting better.
What if I told you that one of America’s most common beliefs doesn’t resonate with many Americans.
There’s just so much that can get lost because people are not willing to be open or vulnerable about certain things.
That’s Jada Marie Knight. Before she was a senior at Syracuse University. Knight was a middle school kid in Florida, with big dreams, however, her experiences growing up in America have caused her to think differently about those dreams.
There are so many steps now that I realize I have to pass in order to get there. I see how many resources there actually are, but it is really, if you can afford them, I’m like, Oh, wow!
